Gov. Ducey and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs have recently authorized an early enactment of electronic notarization and remote online notarizations by Arizona notaries. Through the process of remote online notarization, the notary and signer(s) do not need to be physically in the same room as in a traditional notarization. The personal appearance requirement is met via a secure webcam meeting. In addition, the signers present identification, take a selfie, and answer authentication questions to ensure the highest level of security. The document is notarized electronically which adds an extra layer of security that paper documents do not have. This signed and notarized document can be saved by the signers for future storage and to print off as needed. Finally, the whole process reduces the risk of spreading COVID-19.
Our pricing schedule is as follows:
Per Signature/Notarial Act- $10
Plus
Technology Fee- $25
The technology fee ensures the highest level of security is obtained from the signer(s) and embeds an additional layer of security in the document being signed.
